We see our kids every day and are around each other constantly. But because that time feels unlimited, it’s easy to let it slip by. We pull out our phones, turn on the TV, and let the day pass without really noticing it. But just because something is daily doesn’t mean it’s endless.
We were also out in a different city during the weekend and it is the exact question I asked my wife, 'Do you feel there's a drop in pace when we are here? There seems to be no hurry -- no where to rush to, no task to complete immediately.' Seems like it was the 'Scarcity Principle' at play! Thanks for sharing.
